hey fellas! hope work experience's been as good for youse as it's been for meeeee. (: nice people + free hot chocolate. yummm

i've noticed that:

1. all the people at this michel's patisserie are asian
2. old people do nothing but drink coffee and chat for the WHOLE entire day
3. standing around all day actually hurts alot, hence the reason why i'm not gonna pursue a career in the hospitality sector
4. if you don't so much as put the raisin toast on the plate in a certain way, people get pissed at you
5. there are many different types of coffee, although they all look the same but with different fancy names
6. working the cash register thingo is fun (Y)
7. the place is so fricken clean cause everything is washed and scrubbed like 9 times, it's unbelievable how much water they waste
8. i actually miss school - friends, the routine, the "good" days ...

It feels weird not being at school, to not worry about schoolwork that's due the next day and whatnot. And it's incredibly boring not talking to anyone when the place isn't busy.

On a different note, go JARRYD HAYNE (Y) good on ya buddy, you deserve being player of the year. (:
