Far out. This is only my second post, due to one stupid&rude electrician:-
Some 5 days ago, our telephone line got disconnected cause of a faulty cable line outside. After ringing up the Optus Service Desk, we were assured an electrician between 7am-12pm the next day. Well the next day, this SERIAL KILLER rocks up on our doorstep at 7am and WANTS TO COME IN. The fault was external so I have no idea why he wanted to come in but anyway, he comes in and viciously unplugs all the cables in the house. Seriously. He goes outside and muddles with other electrical equipment connected to the house, so my mum goes to help him.
Mum: Hey ahh, I think the telephone cables are on the other side.
Man: Well then, what the hell are these lines?
Mum: Well, the previous tenants did something, like connected something or rather..
Man: *Snaps* Look lady, I'm telling you for the second time, these are the right cable lines so-
Mum: You don't have to tell me anything.
*Stomps back inside*
So rude.
After that, we got another guy and he came by and tried to fix it but nothing worked. And then today, we figured out the problem. The STUPID&RUDE electrician HADN'T CONNECTED THE TELEPHONE LINES BACK INTO THE POWERPLUG.
